2009 Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant of the Americas Online Voting will be held between 7/27/09 and 8/22/09. A total of 16 final contestants will be selected for entering into Online Voting receiving votes from the public. Online voting is sponsored by Sina.com Online. Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc. proudly presents the 3rd annual 2009 Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant of the Americas contest. This event will be the only Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant to be held specifically for Chinese women in North America, Central America and South America, and is a part of the global Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant event presented by Phoenix Satellite Holdings Limited.

由鳳凰衛視美洲台主辦的“2009中華小姐環球大賽美洲區”總決賽晚會於2009年8月22日在拉斯維加斯著名的威尼斯人渡假村落下帷幕。2009中華小姐的華姐人氣王已經誕生，獲得網絡人氣奬的是2號朱潔瑩小姐。 由北美新浪獨家贊助的華姐網路投票於2009年8月22日中午12:00 (太平洋標準時間)截止。 這次網路投票非常踴躍，投票次數高達267,472票， 所有合資格參加投票者都有機會自動參加新浪投票大抽獎，兩位優勝者已被抽出:

投票須知
Voting Rules
：
網上投票日期由7月27日早上9:00（太平洋標準時間)正式開始，直至2009年8月22日中午12:00 (太平洋標準時間)截止。
Online voting will begin at 9am (PST) on 7/27 and will end at 12pm (PST) on 8/22/09.
所有合資格參加投票者都將會自動參加新浪投票大抽獎，兩位優勝者將被抽出，每人可獲取兩至三晚拉斯維加斯威尼斯人豪華食宿套餐（詳情列於獎品欄）。
得獎名單將於8月31日在網上公佈，中獎者將各別獲電郵通知。獎品必須在2009年9月30日前認領。
*禁止使用任何電腦程式進行投票。違規及虛假電郵地址之選票會被廢除。新浪將保留決定最終中獎者的權利。
All voting entries will automatically be entered into Sina Voting Sweepstakes, 2 winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible online entries, and each person will receive a 2-3 night luxury package from The Venetian Las Vegas (detail described under Winning prize). Winner list will be announced on 8/31/09, and all winners will be notified by email. Winning prize must be claimed by 9/30/09.
*No software program voting such as using robots stimulating for repeating votes, etc. Noncompliance and invalid email address will result in disqualification. Sina reserves the right on selecting the final winners.
